Can we all get back on track? This thread has turned to absolute shite.
So far I'm on
Giants -1
Pitt -5.5
Was +3.5
How low will the total have to be before people start taking the over?

Lets do it. Let's talk some football.
Auto play Bucs +10. Double Digit Division Dog.

They already are taking the over.

I agree but if a rookie like mariotta can torch the bucs, Brees should be able to destroy them.
I want the bucs,but I'm wary.
And are people taking the over on tonight's game? The total keeps dropping which makes me think the under is being played

and saints comming off a loss... not good for bucs

Yeah I feel like play DDDD is always a hold your nose and hope for the best. In my experience the season has always been over 70% wins with DDDD.
The situation scares me a little bit, but the Saints defense sucks too so I expect the Bucs to score some.
It's more just a system play for me and I'll stick to it all year.

I'm either on bucs or pass. Will likely be a pass unless the number miraculously hits 12 or higher.

I like your Giants play too. Don't think I'll play it, but I think they're the better football team and I like them at home.

From what I've gathered over the internets this morning, the under is getting a majority of the action.
Laying off this game because there are too many questions on both sides of the argument.
1) Will Peyton have another bad game? I don't think so; think they'll have him dropping back more and playing within his comfort zone. Also, I don't see the Chiefs getting after Peyton the way Baltimore did.
2) Did the poorly-timed turnovers by Houston that led to KC points over-inflate the score? I think so. Houston was forced to abandon their game plan and throw the ball alot more than they wanted to.
3) KC at home in prime time. Hard to pick against them anytime against anyone, here.
4) Talib should keep Maclin in check and I can easily see KC going yet another game without a TD to a WR.
Finally -- Does anyone dare bet the Over when both teams gave up only just north of 400 yards combined in Week 1? When both teams will be playing ball control and TOP with CJ and JC against good defenses?
That last question would lead me to believe that the Under is the only viable play here. Which is pretty low at 42.5 already, so like I said, I'm just gonna lay off this game.

I agree. At home against a Falcons team with an emotional win.
Like them here,

I like it, 2 good Ds, Manning struggling a bit, short week for some banged up broncos on offense.
we'll see though, I hate betting unders in games I'm watching though

I tend to watch less of games i bet the under because its so frustrating.
But i also think the short week, plus the defenses involved leads to low scoring. Im sure it we will sweat the ending though.

I took KC -2.5 1H. The game line's at 3 plus extra juice so I figured if I like them for the game at more than 3 I should like them to be up by at least 3 at halftime and I don't have to pay the extra juice.
