This is why McVay went for it. Seattle's offense has been moving the ball all game. FG wouldn't have mattered at this point.

Glad the Super Bowl is two weeks from now. If it was next week I would worry that Seattle would think they have already won it by winning this game. That extra week gives them time to get this game completely out of their system and take the Patriots seriously.

All of the fast hybrid 220lb linebackers and light boxes has shifted the game back to running the ball and playing physical defense to be successful. It’s just the flexibility of the game.
