Apparently if you point out racism you hate white people.
Making up racism that doesn’t exist isnt pointing out racism.
You’re a run of the mill white-guilt progressive moron, nothing more.

You repeatedly demonstrated the belief that black kids learn different than everyone else strictly because they are black. You’re just a straight up racist, there is no thinking involved.

I've known RC since he was playing for the Terrytown Fightin' Irish and later as a Shaw eagle.
PHUCk RYAN.

Gannon, 40, had been the Eagles' defensive coordinator for the past two seasons and immediately made an impact. He turned Philadelphia into a top-10 defense in his first year, and this season, the Eagles ranked No. 2 in the league while boasting two Pro Bowlers.
Philadelphia went from allowing 26.1 points per game (20th in the league) in 2020, the year before Gannon was hired, to 22.7 in 2021 (18th) and 20.2 in 2022 (eighth). The Eagles' 78 sacks in 2022 were the third most in a season in NFL history, including playoffs.
How do you argue that this guy doesn't deserve a spot? One half of one game?

Irrelevant issue, again. If you aren’t good enough or not wanted, so be it. Pussies cry about skin pigment.

Clearly a 100% meritocracy, Gannon has a long record of 2 whole years as a DC with defenses ranked 18th and 8th. That’s much more impressive than Leslie Frazier for example who’s defensive fell to a pathetic 2 after being #1 last year

Ah yes, the other ‘owners are racist for not hiring black head coaches’ moron has entered the chat.

Tell us about Vance Joseph’s DC background before getting a head coaching job.

I noticed you stopped whining about Byron leftwich not getting a HC job yet. Why is that exactly?
Are you ready to talk about Mike locksley after saying a black coach would never get the 2nd chance Ed Orgeron got yet?

The need for a certain skin pigment to succeed is so exhausting by some. There is definitely more than the color of his skin keeping him from getting a HC job. No one on here knows what it is other than possibly the issues discussed earlier.

I’ve seen the light it’s clearly a meritocracy.

He was a DBs coach for 11 years before getting 1 year as a DC vs Gannon who was full DB coach for 2 years and ADB for 3 before becoming a DC.

Because I finally realized he was clearly no where near as qualified to be a HC as Nathaniel Hackett.

Sure, I was obviously mistaken since there is 1 example you can site. Never mind that Locksley did win the Broyles award as OC, when was Ed a coordinator again, I forget.
I know this is a hard concept for some of you to grasp since you see everything in zero sum terms but 2 things can be true at once. 1) The Kendi “anti racism” view that blames every discrepancy in outcomes to “racism” is complete nonsense (and ultimately counterproductive) 2) the view that there’s zero bias or structural issues that prevent more black coaches from get opportunities is at best willfully naive.
Posted on 2/15/23 at 8:54 pm to H-Town Tiger
I don’t think anyone really thinks black coaches don’t get hired because of overt racism like in the past. And each situation is different, with Leftwich for example maybe he interviewed poorly, I’ve long heard rumors bad interviews was why Dan Mullen didn't get a bigger job than MSU sooner, that happens. And Bienemy maybe it’s off field baggage or maybe it’s because he’s been told he’ll take over for Reid when he retires. But I’m sorry I find a tad hypocritical to say Leftwich was only good because of Brady when that standard was never applied to Weis O’Brien or McDaniels or Hackett for that matter working with Rodger. Last year I heard people say the 13 second collapse vs KC cost Frazier. Any mention that the same team torched Gannon in the 2H Sunday?

Football is a meritocracy at every level…except NFL HC. Owners are cool with black players at every position and black coaches at every assistant spot but goddamn it, they’re going to draw a racism line at HC!

How could you possibly see any light when all you’re looking for is racism?
quote:

Wait, you don’t want to talk about DC histories anymore prior to becoming HC? Why not?
And you don’t want to talk about defensive team rankings anymore either I’m guessing? Or are you willing to state the dolphins defense rankings for the 1 year joseph was the dc?
Keep moving the goalposts, it’s all you race-baiting morons have.
quote:
Because I finally realized he was clearly no where near as qualified to be a HC as Nathaniel Hackett.
Are you sure it’s not because he inexplicably withdrew his name from consideration for the jaguars job that he was in final negotiations for? Of course not, that’s definitely not it.
I guess I can at least give you credit for coming up with a response of some kind, even one as shitty as that, after a year of repeatedly running from that question.
quote:
Sure, I was obviously mistaken since there is 1 example you can site.
So you citing 1 example of a white coach is perfectly legitimate, but my 1 example that you said doesn’t exist isn’t enough? Keep moving the goalposts dumbass.
quote:
Never mind that Locksley did win the Broyles award as OC
Remind me, is the broyles award for head coaches?
quote:
when was Ed a coordinator again, I forget.
Wait. Before it was the abysmal head coaching records. Now it’s about what they did as assistant coaches?
You want to know a sure sign of an absolute dogshit argument? When it changes every time you make it.
What’s locksley’s interim HC record, since we’re bring up random shite that doesn’t matter?
quote:
I know this is a hard concept for some of you to grasp since you see everything in zero sum terms
Let me guess: you’re about to say that just because a black guy doesn’t get hired as head coach doesn’t mean the decision makers are racist.
quote:
1) The Kendi “anti racism” view that blames every discrepancy in outcomes to “racism” is complete nonsense (and ultimately counterproductive)
It’s very interesting that you describe your own views as complete nonsense and ultimately counterproductive.
It’s also, by far, the most accurate comment you’ve made in any post about this topic.
quote:
the view that there’s zero bias or structural issues that prevent more black coaches from get opportunities is at best willfully naive.
And yet you still have absolutely no proof that this is true.
I’ll bet you don’t believe the statement applies to the race distribution of nfl cornerbacks either, do you?

If the dude sucks in interviews and is under prepared, then that’s on him.
If you take two dudes with the same background and limited experience, and one nails it with his details and preparation for the interview while the other one is underwhelming, which one should they hire? This shite ain’t hard.
And if one has a sketchy personal background while the other doesn’t have that? Which one should the hire?

What’s absolutely amazing to me is how they can say “black students need more help to get on the same path as white students when it comes to learning”
They are absolute clowns that cannot see the irony of that

I'm not going to watch that but please don't tell me he's pimping Bienemy. Some team will bow down to this and hire him one day and they will be sorry.
