Scoring should be good with the soft conditions barring severe wind.
Ill go with Spieth to win at 273.
Tiger will have his best tournament in forever and finish in the top 10 at 278.
Feel like Daly will find a way to play well for a couple of days and get his name up there for a bit like he usually does at the Old Course. His pairing with MAJ and Duf is pure gold.

Which actually makes him a better person to answer a general question on Tour testing procedure than say someone with a past history of failed tests.
