He needs to be the highest paid OC in the country for LSU by like February or we'll lose him.
E can take the demotion on paper but keep the same pay if he wants. Maybe even give him a little bump in pay as well.

LSU is scared because a coach that's one step away from being unemployed is pursuing a coach from the #1 Team in America for the same position and less job security.

Herman is pretty close to the hot seat himself. That's why he had to clean house. No OC or DC in a good situation is going to that dumpster fire. Could be career suicide. The money wont be that different (or any different) to make Brady go to TX.

If they can get him, that’s their best option. They need to start recruiting better.

Literally no one has said this. No one. People have said that E has embraced the new concepts and is using his experience calling a game to maximize it, but literally no LSU fan has minimized Joe Brady’s impact like that.
