How in the hell is The Bear a Comedy? I love The Bear, and hate that it will take the chances away from Reservation Dogs, and Abbott Elementary to win anything...because The Bear will clean house wherever it is.

seems like Jamie Lee Curtis should have gotten a nod for her performance in The Bear.

I'm surprised Fallout didn't garner more nominations. I love seeing Walton get a nomination, but Ella Purnell was just as awesome.

And I could see Fallout as a comedy series more than The Bear. They should be switched.

I hope this wins, it was fantastic. I really wasn't expecting a ton, but really was a great tribute to the original series, held true to the original and felt like it could have been made the same year the series originally ended.

I feel like The Bear is miscategorized. Honestly seems like it's included in the comedy just so it can win everything.

Historically, shows that were comedy/drama hybrids were lumped into the comedy category if they had a shorter run time (which The Bear does). They removed the run time requirement but they've continued to lump them into that category.

The issue is the Emmys have failed to keep up with the times and really need to add a "Dramedy" category that would better fit shows like The Bear and those like it that aren't full on comedies.
