Totoro was fun. It was cute hearing all of the kids giggle and repeat back what the characters were saying throughout.
Seeing Grave of the Fireflies in a few weeks.
So far I’ve seen and rank as follows:
Nausicaa
Howl’s Moving Castle
Spirited Away
Kiki’s
Totoro
I think I need to see Spirited and Howl’s again though.

Nope. As it is, my wife has no clue what’s about to happen either. All I know about it are the reactions people have to it.
The last time I did something like this was when I watched Dear Zachary with her after seeing it on this board. It took a while to earn her trust back after that

made the mistake of buying the DVD waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. only watched it once.

to be fair, i've only watched 'old yeller', 'where the red fern grows' and 'marley and me' only once as well.
