I’ve been a moo her for years and years, my family members use my HBO, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+. I use their YouTube TV, Netflix, and cable subscription.

With the Netflix crackdown there were too many people using it, I volunteered my family to stop, we didn’t use it much beyond the dumb kids shows (we can still access the kids section somehow).

Recently with Receivers and Vikings Valhalla dropping it’s the first time I’ve felt like I’m missing out.

Is it worth paying for Netflix?

That’s pretty disrespectful to talk about your wife that way.

I pay $6.99 for the basic plan with ads and it's completely worth it. The ads are very minimal and although its max 1080p it looks great on my fairly decent 4K TV.

Netflix does some things really well. Better than other streaming services. It comes down to personal preference.

I think the best thing to do is just rotate them every 3-6 months. Live sports aside, there's no reason to subscribe to all of these different platforms at once. Just keep a list of every show/movie that interests you or comes highly recommended and knock them out during the next rotation. In other words treat it like a long term rental - I have three months to watch all of the Apple properties on my list then I'm switching to Hulu then I'm switching to Disney+, etc.. Not only does that save money but it forces you to be proactive about how you budget and manage your downtime for entertainment.

Step 1: Invite tinder match over to Netflix and chill but have her login on your tv.
Step 2: Smash then never call her again.
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: Profit

Rinse and repeat whenever Netflix kicks you off.

Receivers and Vikings Valhalla

Receivers is great, the final season of Vikings Valhalla, not so much. With NFL games coming to Netflix this year and WWE starting next year I think sports or sports entertainment will play a huge role in the future of Netflix. Outside of the home market, I don’t think it’s going to be that long before a lot of NFL or college games are on streaming only. Netflix can afford to have both.
