I honestly have watched way too much TV for as young as I am, so this is tough to nail down.
Top 5 (no order)
- Breaking Bad
- Arrested Development
- Friends
- The Office
- Parks and Rec
Honorable Mentions - Always Sunny, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Community, Entourage, That 70s Show, Boy Meets World, Friday Night Lights, Scrubs, Monk, Psych
These are all shows I have either seen every episode of and/or was genuinely sad (in terms of tv watching) to see the show go.

TV ratings do not equal the quality of the production. There are several great shows that only lasted one season and I already qualified it within my post. If I was doing a top ten list through it would totally be on there probably around 6-8.
Edit: Also, this is my personal top 5 favorite shows. I can like whatever I like
