Yeah. Kerry was humiliating Marcia his wife by openly being in a relationship for a year with Logan. This was her one chance to exert some power so she took it.

Eh, if she was still actively with him in the marriage then sure. But at that point she was wife in name only and because neither one of them wanted to deal with the pub of a divorce. They had been separated (and everyone knew it) for several months and she hadn't physically been around Logan in some time.
ETA: She wanted to remain married to the money but without any commitment to the marriage on her end.

I think it’s clear he wanted to leave everything to Greg. He gained a lot of respect when Greg did hand stuff with his date at Logan’s party.

I swear I thought that's what was happening when they were all freaking out over the paper.
I'm assuming he has a will that handles all of the assets but didn't necessarily handle the succession at the company (because that's likely going to be a lot more fluid).
If he didn't, I think that's wildly unrealistic, even for this show.
