She played it correctly last night but, in the bigger picture, she failed to play it to save Caroline. I don’t remember the timing or circumstances but her previous #1, Gabe, got voted out too.
In hindsight … sure. But when Caroline was voted out it was a true blindside and there was no reason to suspect she was a target. That’s why Andy’s flip was so devastating.
The same is true for Gabe, except that he was always a potential target due to being a physical threat. That was too early for Sue to give up her immunity idol for someone else.
Any result other than Rachel winning will be disappointing. If it’s the challenge where you catch the ball from a track and then add balls, she should have the advantage. To her credit, Sue has done well at endurance challenges, but the final challenge requires good hand/eye coordination and I would suspect Sue would struggle with that.

Sue identifies as early 40’s. Does anyone truly believe that or did she ever reveal her clearly obvious age to her allies?

I heard she was already on the island when they arrived so Probst just let her join the game. She said her name was Amelia Earhart.

Finally caught up.
This is pretty much where I’m at too. She deserves it.
Teeny is so lost. I thought Sue would be the 0 vote finalist, but it’s definitely Teeny. Sam has been powerless since the merge. Sue has just existed because no one saw her as a threat to win so she just got carried along the whole season. Rachael has played a great game and has friends on the jury…or at least hasn’t pissed anyone off. Hope she wins.

She’s a pilot, I’d guess she’s good with hand/eye coordination. She’s slow and lacks physicality because she’s old.

Sue is annoying but she played the "old lady goat" role about as good as you can. It won't turn into a win for her, ultimately she needed to turn on someone close but she played the perfect game to ride into final 3 and lose.

The “Sue=Amelia Earhart” conspiracy theory gains steam!
Even though Sam is still in the game and only has a chance to win if Rachel loses at fire making, is this one of the rare cases where a gender-based alliance held together until the finals?

Apparently Sierra is knocked up. Ole baw was wearing that thing out after she got back from that island.

Here is Sam's path to winning. I think Rachel is obviously a much better and deserving player, but Sam at least has an argument.
1. He has to win the final immunity challenge.
2. He has to put himself against Rachel in fire making. Send the 2 goats ahead to final tribal.
3. Beat Rachel
4. Argue that he was dominant early, then he had to change his strategy while on the bottom. His big move is taking extreme heat for who he took to Sanctuary but using it to turn the game. While he was not the mastermind of Operation Italy, he was a huge part of that. He repaired his relationship with Andy to get out from under the bottom.
I think that is a better argument than Sue being a grouch the entire time, riding Caroline and Rachel's coattails, being shocked by many votes, stumbling upon an idol, and revealing it uselessly at the end.

If Sam knocks Rachel out I would be shocked if he doesn't win.

Finally caught up.. was traveling last week.
Andy and Gen going was perfect for Rachel. She'll just need to win or make fire and I wouldn't be surprised if she is a unanimous winner. Especially if Sam is out. Does it count as a perfect game if the only three votes cast against her didn't count?
Sam has a chance if he eliminates Rachel in fire... but he'll have to convince everyone that he actually made a few moves and play up the underdog story after Sierra was out. Based on what we have seen I would pick him over Sue, but votes don't always land how we see.
Teeny is embarrassingly clueless. She can't get on the right side of a vote to save her life. Even it she wins final immunity and puts herself against Rachel and wins I wouldn't vote for her.

Rachel's 4th immunity win. Landslide victory. Sue flashing the camera.

Most exciting fire challenge ever.
Why do non-straight folks have to constantly remind you that they aren’t straight?

Hope it’s just editing. People saying sam should win

Kyle’s reasons had nothing to do with the game.

Good final tribal. Sue realizing she's the goat!

Andy had a great question for Rachel.
Sam has an ever better comment “you made it to the final winning immunities and finding an idol in fries”

Happy for Sam that he doesn’t have to live with the shame of losing a fire challenge to “Teeny”. I don’t know how you come back from that as a man.

Sam had a great final tribal... but yeah it was too little, too late.
