Absolutely. Please explain to me what’s out of context when I’m getting the meaning behind the show directly from the showrunner herself? There is no more direct source
You do understand that the reason for the showrunner casting someone doesn't always translate onto the screen though right? Like when weinstein and spacey were getting jobs to kids they wanted to bang it wasn't one of the main plot points in the movies
People getting special treatment in casting is far from something new. Hiring Dafney Keen and Carrie-Anne Moss, Manny Jacinto shows they were still hiring good, qualified actresses/actors. Isn't that what matters?

You think it somehow makes a difference as to a person’s ability to comment on the show if they didn’t watch it? Do you think you actually win that argument?
Yes.
You absolute moron.
Of course

If you were limiting your opinions on the show to purely stuff backstage than fine. But hopefully you weren't complaining about the writing, dialogue, and scene directing without actually watching it.
Now you can say "man I watched the trailer and I could tell I wouldn't like this show. The dialogue was shite." and that's valid. But you can't really go "this show has the worst dialogue I've ever seen".

I don't subscribe to Disney+ because they're a disgusting company I go out of my way to avoid giving money to.
But if I did, I wouldn't have watched a second of it. Star Wars is dead. They've gone out of their way to kill it. Greatest mismanagement of any IP ever. They destroyed billions of dollars of value with their religious devotion to hating straight, white males.

I watched it to simply see how it ended and if there was a big tie in with the rest of the SW universe. I think I halfway paid attention to the story and barely made it through a number of episodes before watching the finale. Teasing Plagueis 10 mins into the finale then never showing him again was top notch shite writing. Show sucked arse.

I watched it all.
I will usually give every show/movie from a IP I enjoy a shot despite negative reviews because I prefer to view things myself and don’t let other decide my opinions for me.
That said, it was trash. Some parts of the saber fights were high quality while others made the same dumb mistakes as TLJ. Other than that, absolute trash.
I do think it is funny that the woke patrol always said that if the old fans don’t like the new stuff then just don’t watch it and that’s exactly what happened and the viewership numbers reflect that.

Upvote if you watched at least 2 full episodes; downvote if you watched less than that.
However, I upvoted anyway because the Galaxy Quest gif.

Then they got mad we didn’t watch it

I struggled to episode 5 because I was told the light saber fights would be worth it. It felt like doing homework. The 5 th episode was better than the others before it, but I felt really misled by those who said it was great. Much like when watching the Rise of Skywalker, I found myself just wanting it to end. I hated the feeling of laughing at how bad a Star Wars movie/show was.

Worst yet, some refuse to believe it had bad viewership at all and blame twitter attacks for the cancellation. They refuse to acknowledge that it just wasn't popular because it isn't what people want from Star Wars.

I think Grace Randolph is the only youtuber I've seen give the show a positive review, but she's also certifiably insane.

She actually turned on the show I think it was episode 7 the repurposed flash back. When youve lost the shilliest of shills you done fricked up somewhere along the line.

I watched the fight between Trinity and the main girl. Shook my head and decided I’m too old for this shite. Never went back. Saw it was canceled. Don’t care. Give it 10 seasons. Don’t care. Zero interest in modern Disney Star Wars, though I do watch the OG and prequels every few years.

Haven't watched anything Star Wars outside of 2 seasons of Mando since Last Jedi
Once one of my favorite properties...now just something I usually avoid or don't care enough to consume as content
Frick Kathleen Kennedy and all the people at Disney that don't have the balls to do the right thing for the consumers by removing her. The stain she left on this is something that may never be able to be removed in the minds of fans.

I've watched everything up to The Acolyte. I was very much looking forward to Kenobi and it generally sucked. I watched Book of Boba and liked it better than others. I thought Ashoka was mostly boring. Mando having Bo-Katan focus didn't upset me.
Andor was really good, but don't get me started on TLJ and RoS.
KK is terrible and anyone that thinks "subverting expectations" is somehow the direction an established IP should take is a fricking moron.
"subverting expectations" does trigger me.

Hate watched but said frick it after a few

I watched the first six episodes in one sitting. Was mildly entertaining at times. I was disappointed by not seeing more of the wookie Jedi. The story seemed to veer into “that’s dumb, why are the doing that” territory and I kinda lost interest. To this date, I haven’t gone back to watch the last two shows.

Liberalism is not creative.
It can only take was has already been created and distort (change) it.

I listened to that Star Wars theory guy and he says they basically perverted the prequels with woke bullshite after the fact
The story now is they refuse to train Anakin because of whatever this BIPOC minority chick did in this stupid cancelled show
That is the shite that pisses me the frick off. Have your stupid gay minority show but leave Lucas’ story alone
