One of my all-time favorite artists, and he's still making music; just released a new album in August.

Finger Eleven - debut album was great, but 2nd album was complete fire.
Shades Apart - they were never THAT big...and their big break was technically the track they had on the American Pie soundtrack (1999). But they had 2 great albums

Why I'm here came out in 1997. Oleander was basically forgotten by 2000.

For years, I took their body guard on guide trips. He has some crazy stories about them. Apparently they love to party. LOL

I went to high school withthe singer, bassist, and one of the guitar players of Submersed. The bassist Kelan Luker was a badass high school QB and played for SMU before they got signed to a record deal. The singer and bassist recently reformed the band and released an EP.

And was one of their best albums at that! I’m ready for a follow up.

That’s interesting stuff. Thanks
I did a little research on Kelan Luker. QB for SMU. Left college to join and tour with Submersed. Then came back at 27 years old to finish eligibility as QB at college Tarleton State.
