I had the pleasure of seeing them live. Slowcore genre.

Terrible. They have some great tunes, love it when she sang. Believe her and Alan have kids too.

One of my all time favorites. Low albums have dominated my winter listening since I was a teen in the 90’s. terrible news. Last time I saw them live was in Austin when they were touring Ones & Sixes. It was a fantastic show.

They’ve made some of my favorite music of all time, and my all time favorite track from them is still probably the first track from their first album I Could live in Hope“Words”

I just stumbled upon this awesome tribute by none other than Robert Plant.

Just found this out, terrible. Such a fantastic band and I had many a depressive night drowning out in their minimalist tunes.

Edit: Storefront Church featuring Phoebe Bridgers cover of Words made in tribute to her, it’s okay but nothing beats the original::

I don’t know, I think that’s a pretty fantastic cover tbh. A friend sent that to me a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve listened to it quite a few times now.
