Saw Tosh on the riverboat President way back when.
I was there. Fun story. Tosh stayed at The Hotel Provincial in the Quarter. My cousin's stepfather at the time owned the hotel and my cousin worked there as a bell boy that summer. He brings the bags to the rooms and the entire entourage is sparking the ganja. As a tip they gave him him atleast an ounce of weed. So, we were smoking the same stuff as the band was.

I saw The Wailers Band for free at the first college I attended many years ago. Let's just say that the Wailers and I had similar interests at the time.

Great Radiohead cover by Toots and friends.

Irie, fellow geezer.
I don't have any first-hand knowledge, but I think they called it "lambsbread", was very compact, and gave users uncontrollable fits of laughter.

Reggae party in Eastern Europe. Another young lady (Sabina) made a reggae arrangement of Adele's "Hello", and another (Sophia) covered Diana King's "Shy Guy" in Jamaican patois.

We just lost the great Jimmy Cliff. He was favorite of mine. And Peter Tosh…

Yes that is what we inspired this thread.
