IMO, Lucky Man is a better song than any of the previously listed songs in this thread. But "Most Iconic" means something different than the best song. It should mean the most listened to, most recognizable song to the masses, that defines a genre.

Rock and Roll All Nite.
You don’t have to like KISS, hell I love them and that song isnt in my top 20 of theirs, but it is undeniably one of the all time great rock anthems.

Depends on your definition of “iconic” and “rock.” Maybe even “song” as opposed to “moment.” My vote would be one from the event that changed everything; the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. They played All My Loving, Till There Was You, She Loves You, I Saw Her Standing There, and I Want to Hold Your Hand.
Of those, the one that jumped off the TV and into permanent culture was “She Loves You.” From that point on, everybody knew “yeah, yeah, yeah” and the music world was trying to catch up. Still holds up today, so I’d say pretty iconic.

Single-most iconic Rock song?
There are many, but Springsteen's Born in the USA has to be near the top.
CCR's Fortunate Son could be an anthem of the late 60's.
Probably not on anyone else's list but Room a Thousand Years Wide is a personal favorite of mine.

There are so many iconic songs it's tough to pick just one.
Do You Feel Like We Do.
Is pretty iconic.

Don’t Stop Believin
Maybe not most iconic, but it is the white people national anthem,
I tell people my white genes are so pure, I knew the lyrics and how to play Don’t Stop Believing when I was born
in 1972.

At this particular moment I would say Friday on My Mind by the Easybeats.
