Macon, GA, Feb 28

That’s a solid lineup.

wow that should be incredible. If anyone hasn’t seen Duane Betts play, he’s a dead ringer for his dad both in appearance and with the guitar. It’s almost eerie. hopefully it will be livestreamed

I might try to go to that to, I'm only a little over 2 hours from there and that should be a great show.

I'll have to make sure a guy I know through work knows about this though I'm sure he does. He used to participate in the GABBAfest in Macon up until just a few years ago and has a little bit of an acquaintance with Derek Trucks

I've seen him live, and many other times streaming.

He's a very good guitarist and does have his father's voice and even his mannerisms.

His solo stuff is good as well, but doesn't seem to be very popular. I like it, though.

Highly recommend you all make the trip to Macon. Go to the cemetery to see Duane/Berry/Gregg/Butch tombs, Elizabeth Reed, and the backdrop to the original album cover (which is the hardest to find and most transcendental). The whole place is like hanging with the ghosts of the Allman Brothers.

I tried to buy tickets on the release but they were basically sold out in presale. I may try again in the secondary market.
