They are gonna try to get him to resign so they don’t have to pay him. If they fire him they owe him millions. Plus this leaves the door open for him to come back.

It is actually pretty new. 25 years ago it was pretty rare. Before that it was pretty standard for guys to bang their secretary. Lots of second wives from the secretarial pool

Pretty sure that no matter the era, if you get caught beating the back out of your boss’s wife it’s not gonna end well for you lol

I'd guess the Celtics have been given legal advice that this is their best option at the moment, to try and cover their rear ends. Plus...it buys time to see how things develope. Usually there's more shoes to drop...with these kind of things. They can always come back later and fire him...or whatever.

Shams was pretty vague about it in his latest report, but it seems there was a relationship and perhaps they broke up and then Udoka began harrassing her.
Shams reported it as Udoka making "unwante comments" so my sentence above is my speculation on what that could mean, most likely scenario IMO.

Best story I’ve heard is of why my contractors aren’t allowed to have married coworkers on the same site…
Couple was together, separated, wifey starts dating one of the girls on the team. Awkward AF. Not at my site but this was a corporate edict responsible for two members having to transfer elsewhere when they married.

Yeah, so not only did he have a relationship with someone he wasn’t supposed to, he began harassing her after.
He’s very lucky they didn’t fire him and they have reason to fire him without paying his contract.
If he kept harassing her, Celtics could be facing a potential lawsuit also.

Given the contractor involved, that would be a coin flip.
They had some very nice looking ladies and they also had some fricking hogs. And at least one of them used to play college softball at Southeastern so take that for what it is worth.
