hornets247: NBA board of governors meeting going on as we tweet. Issue will be discussed this weekend. There is no owner yet, all reports 2 the contrary are not based in fact at this time. Picture should be much clearer by Monday, but for now, have patience.

I can't remember if it's been mentioned here, but I think it's interesting that it's the NBA that approached Benson and not the other way around.

whats with all the people starting these rumors? Does make you popular on here if you were the first person to crack the new owner news? Big deal. Stop gassing people up only so they can be crushed later on. Everyone has to be patient about this. The NBA doesnt plan to own our team forever. /thread
