I’m no longer worried about Herb. He’s back.

Trey’s handle is improving and his mid range is coming to life.

On the flip side, Nance and Dyson are shells of what they were in the fall

Dyson is such a Lonzo replica on offense, especially early Zo

Can't shoot, good connector, deathly afraid of going into the paint.

Don’t know what happened to Dyson, he was not like this early in the season. It’s extremely worrying

I feel like he kinda was, only difference is his shot was falling, but on such a low sample size, there wasn't much reason to think it would definitely hold up. But he's never wanted to go into the paint imo.

What exactly are you referencing here?

And Dyson reminds me of Tyson Chandler back in the day when he would get the ball around the top of the key and just stand there until someone would come take it from him. It’s disheartening how he has regressed.

He was hesitant but he still went in the paint. His shot attempts have fallen off a cliff. He needs to look to score to open things up

I wanted Sochan but was happy with Dyson. I think we took the wrong guy for what this team needed.

Maybe... but I highly doubt Sochan would have developed like he's developing with San Antonio if we drafted him.

Dyson needs a team where he’s able to make mistakes and grow. He’s not going to get that here.

Teams aren’t even guarding him at the 3 point line. He looked pretty good going to the rim early in the year but he’s not even trying now since they sagged off of him so much. He needs to practice non stop just spot up 3’s all
Off-season.

He’s also 19. We just insist on drafting teenagers in the lottery because you can dream on their upside I guess. Zion, Jax, Kira, Dyson,,,all greener than unpicked bananas. Can’t say I’ve seen any of them really develop their games either, so good thing Z was unstoppable to begin with., When he plays, I mean…

It’s ironic because in the G-league before he got drafted, he was known to be a good driver. He had a great floater attached to it but needed his shot to develop. Was also a great guard rebounder, floor general and can defend 1-5. Willie Green needs to let these guys have more off a leeaway or they won’t be able to develop well.

Heck, we even saw some flashes from Kira too.
