Dyson got far less time than any of those. I don’t even know how you can argue that Dyson got the same amount of playing time compared to murphy and maxey as rookies.

Honestly his minutes and production were muted towards the end due to his sprained ankle. I know everyone likes to say he somehow regressed and was less aggressive at the end of the season. But not trusting your ankle will do that. Dyson has a ton of potential.

Keep in mind Daniels was the 10th youngest player in the league last season. All told I’d say he exceeded expectations as a rookie

This might be a hot take but I think Dyson will eventually take Herb’s place as the best defender on team.
