Yup griff and nelson wont put him out there because he didn’t meet metrics. Zion spin is that oh im still hesitant lol. If you guys are pissed thet fat Zion cant play blame Griff and the dumb conditioning metrics. They threw BI under the bus earlier this season too. I promise you that was the dumb conditioning metrics as well.

How?

How does Team Zion say let's go out and tell everyone I'm fully healthy but refusing to play an elimination game?

Look at our own team, Jval and Nance played more physically injured during "meaningless" regular season games than Zion is physically injured for what is essentially a game 7.

It's unfathomable to do that and even more unfathomable to come out and say it in public.

Yeah I can't imagine this goes over well in the locker room

Griff treats players like shite and thinks the media/public are morons. Again used car salesman BS, no transparency or honesty. You want to improve this franchise fire Griffin. Hes created a disaster. Dude gets way too much credit for Lebron winning in Cleveland.

Yeah this makes zero sense, there’s no possible way he says this if its not true because this is a HUGE hit to his brand.

If he wanted to do teamspeak he would say some shite like “Look I haven’t been able to run for 4 months with this injury, so it’s just taking me a little bit to get my wind back where i need to be to play in such a competitive environment like the NBA playoffs”

If this interview was supposed to be some kind of damage control to settle the fans down, it failed spectacularly. This only made it worse.

This did the same thing the Ingram interview after Christmas did, showed exactly how soft minded our top 2 guys are

You know whats a bigger hit to his brand? If he failed conditioing and he’s too fat to play. In todays society, not being in the right head space is actually accepted not saying its right.

Whats more likely they both are like this or Griffin made both say the same thing. Think about it.

His camp is afraid of the fat jokes and criticisms if he plays. Nike would probably be livid if he is confirmed to be neglecting his body again.

You're being a little emotional here.

Since Griffin was hired, we've gone from .417, .431, .439, to .512 this year.

Before this season, we've had only 2 seasons with a winning record over the last decade.

This is what happens when the players run the league and you have a pussy for a commissioner. Zion better not be on that bench Wednesday or it could get ugly with fan comments.

As a fan I would much rather him say his conditioning is not where it needs to be in order to be competitive in the high intensity of the playoffs due to the light workload he had to do with this injury rather than him saying physically im ready, mentally I don’t feel like it.

Lol the fact you see those stats as an accomplishment is the problem with this franchise.

Maybe but gatorade, nike dont want an athlete saying they’re too lazy and fat to meet conditioning requirements.

That’s not at all what would be being said, that’s how you interpret it.
