Sort of a big hit to all teams but that's definitely a spot that was surely gonna be taken by Moore ahead of 8 spot.

He would have fallen like Sanders. He looked terrible.

He was obviously another Oregon system bum player how do they fall for these over and over again. Same as almost any OSU qb stepping right in throwing 30+ td’s.

Sheesh, this may mean one less QB will go between picks 1-7. I was hoping he’d come out for that reason

Maybe some other team will really value a player jump up and trade picks with the Jets.?

Contend for a national championship or get drafted by the jets. Easy decision.

Mendoza is what makes this draft not fully weak? Disagree. Unless you're strictly talking about QBs.

i'm saying it is a weak class especially once you get past Mendoza at 1.1

Downs, Delane, Reese, Bain... all better than Mendoza IMO. Maybe I just don't see what others see in him.

Holy shite I know that

I tried clarifying if you meant the draft in general or QBs only and you replied with no clarification

The backup last year Rourke put up the same numbers on a game to game basis. Only difference? Two 1,000 yard rushers, 60+ more rush ypg, a better defense allowing only Only 11 ppg. You can think whatever you want about rourke but this basically says he would’ve had the same results with this team.

I am not impressed with Mendoza

do you cause nearly every year their are better "players" than qb1 of the draft but that has little to do with the importance of a qb's stock in every draft and qb's are routinely overdrafted cause of importance so highlighting that you have 4 players rated higher than Mendoza in this draft means very little. The upper echelon talent of this draft is pretty subpar to which i think you are roundabout agreeing with me.
