I mean, they will never tear down and rebuild, so something must be done. The place has taken some steps in the right direction, but it's still got a ways to go.

They just put in those nasty LED lights that make it darker, why switch all of a sudden?

To do what? What's the problem? It's incredibly easy to get to the Dome, you watch the game in 72 degrees with no concerns about weather, and leaving the game is simple and basically traffic-free.

I wouldn't say never. We're not very objective considering it's our home stadium. It will get to a point one day where continually renovating the same building will have diminishing returns. These billion $$ stadiums now popping up are state of the art. I'm not saying I want to rush to get to that point, but I don't think we're playing in the Super Dome forever.

I'd honestly love a retractable roof of some variety. Except keep that thing closed for the first month of the season

I understand a new stadium will eventually be built, but what is the benefit of a new one now? The current ones being built will be considered outdated in ten years. I don't know what people want in a stadium beyond the basics and a reasonably comfortable seat to watch football.

Can they hire more cops to arrest people who just randomly stop and hold conversations in the middle of the walkway?

At the end of the day, at least we're not stuck with a stadium that should be sponsored by Preparation H.

There is a lot of dead space in the back of house on the ground floor. The plaza concourse is awful at the corners. Retractable roof would be cool if similar to ATT Stadium.

I actually think the retractable roof at AT&T is pointless. It's relatively small, and with the size of TV screen, you barely even notice.

I agree and it's rarely ever opened. Don't know of any other design that would be feasible though.

If they do anything to the roof they need to do like what the Vikings did and what LA and LV are going to do.

Is the superdome the only NFL stadium with absolutely no natural light?

(This is good for dramatic wrestlemania entrances) #ThankYouTaker
