Yeah, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with this. Sure, there's a lot of bad locations in the NFL right now but New Orleans is definitely not a desirable location that also continues to get worse.

The other bad locations still have numerous Fortune 500 companies in their city. We have Entergy as the only one; who can’t keep the power on during a Super Bowl.
