It’s the playoffs! Everyone steps it up a notch. Bears have a pretty good D to contend with. They will play till the end, i.e. MN. Yes, I expect to advance, but doubt it will be a cakewalk.

When’s the last time the Saints dominated a playoff game? Against the Lions in 2012?

Funny you said that. Heard today in a gambling podcast that the saints haven’t covered the spread in a playoff game (can’t remember if just at home or road and away) since 2012

Sounds like we're due for exactly 4 dominating performances!

I agree, however I think Tampa and Brady are playing at a high level on offense and defense right now. Beating them a third time is very possible, but it will be a lot harder.

Their offense seems to sputter against good defenses. Arians and Byron Leftwich are not good coaches

We wouldn’t play Green Bay in the next round anyways. Do you know how the NFL playoffs work?

You forget people were saying the same thing the last time we played them. They blew out the Packers before they faced us a second time. We beat them 38-3 on their home field when they were "playing at a high level"

Fact is, they do not match up well against us at all so I'm not scared of them. Personally, I think we match up the worst against the Rams with Donald and Ramsey which is why I'm glad we can't face the Rams or Packers in the 2nd round, we can only play those teams in the NFC CG.

Honestly my ideal scenario is playing the Seahawks in divisional round and then Bucs in NFC CG. I feel good about those. Playing Packers or Rams in the NFC CG, well those are games imo that we need to overcome matchup problems to win.

If we lose before then, well we choked. Because there's really no other team in these playoffs that should beat us.

While the final score didnt reflect it, we statistically crushed Philly at home two years ago. Dominated the final 53 minutes.

0% chance your next game is against Green Bay. Your the 2 seed. You play the highest seed next round not named Greenbay. So most likely Tampa or Seattle. Tampa if Seattle loses to the rams.

I am in a pickings league for cash with coworkers, people from college, etc. and there are 12 of us who have advanced to the playoff picks. We have to pick the winner and by how much.

I am one of a few Saints fans, and I picked the Saints by 11. Of the other 8 people who have picked as of now, they all have the Saints, and their scores are - by 24, 21, 17, 17, 10, 13, 20 and 21

So public perception is this will be a romp. I agree.

I don't want to see Tampa again. I'm not confident we can beat them three in a row.

It's too bad we aren't playing TB in the first round. Could have been the 2018 Panthers all over again

It’s like you almost forgot we let Kurt Cousins beat our arse last year in the wild card game.

There is no givens with this team.

The last time we dominated the playoffs was 2009

We scored 20 points after being the 3rd highest scoring team in the reg season at 29 points per game. Cousins sucked most of the game

The key to the game is keeping the bears off Brees
