fricks the Buccs (out of the playoffs)

The Saints are tied with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the most division titles in the NFC South.

The Saints could break the tie with a win.

It’s an odd scenario.

No way Saints win, Atlanta is way too powerful.
Saints are injured as well.

Even more interestingly... a tie will have the implications of both a win & a loss

How it acts as a win... gives the Bucs the NFC South Championship

How it acts as a loss... gives the Saints a 4th place finish in the division

Exactly how do you this figure this? If they win they don’t get a fourth place schedule. If they win they pick in a worse spot in every round that they do have a pick. This might be one of the stupidest posts I’ve read in a while. Which is saying something.

If there's any pattern for the Falcons this year its that they are the best team in the NFL against good teams and the worst team in the NFL against shitty teams. I just don't know if the Saints are a shitty team or a good team for this scenario.

Dejohnold Morris

That’s the Atlanta coach’s real name.

Can’t make this up!

A tie breaks the tie between the Saints and Bucs for most division title wins and the Saints get the 4th place schedule would be the oddest scenario.

It just goes against my nature to root for the Saints to lose, especially to the damn Falcons.

Either team would give an easy wildcard win…

i hate the Falcons as much as anyone, but in this case a win for the Falcons actually hurts them long term so it’s worth it

Titans had a last place schedule supposedly and ended up having one of the hardest schedules in the league this year

Partly because of the division last year the Texans won it at 10-7, this year both the Texans and Jags have a better record and The AFC Central played the NFC West. But their 4th place games this year were NE, Cleveland and the Saints. NE was better than expected but Saints and Browns finished in last again.
