that happened to me in the snowmaggedon shite of 2021. my neighbors tankless actually had a pipe burst too, but ours was fine. just that damn electric ignition

Wife thought it was dress down day for the kids. Get there and everyone was wearing uniforms. Went ahead and dropped them off but had to go back home to get uniforms for them to change into.

Power blinked, had to reset the clock on the oven, such a pain.

Not this morning but about 4 weeks ago.
Noticed that the hot water heater was slowly leaking. Not much in pan but no way was I ignoring it.
Local plumber installed new one in a matter of hours.
$2200 for a 50 gallon.

replaced two over the last couple of years and that’s about what it ran for each, up in the attic in a two story, worth every penny

We have a commercial grade Keurig at work. It has this annoying feature that it automatically discards the pod somewhere every time you pull up the handle. So, sometimes you lose a brewing if the machine isn't ready and you pull the pod handle to re-set it.Posted on 9/12/24 at 10:17 am to Syd
