Definitely agree, while it looks like there is a some slope at the bridge, this isn't the movies with hidden ramps and fake physics.
Best guess with a 10% slope (almost unheard of for a bridge) they would probably need to hit at least 150 mph to have any chance. Of course at that speed the car half disintegrates on impact, they probably lose control, crash and die anyway.

Yeah, even if they could have gotten up enough speed to make it they would have probably crashed through the railing on the other side, sunk to the bottom and died anyway
