Gonna be a botched car jacking and video game playing hood rat who unloaded his clip into her and the car as she attempted to drive away or get away. He needed a car and was pissed she did not give him his and lost his mind
This one seems pretty easy to understand.

Since my thread was just anchored, just letting everyone know I emailed Chicken to see if we can get some sort of fund going to create a reward for the arrest and conviction of the killer(s). I’ll let y’all know if I hear back.

Good on you, I hope you get some traction. I will donate. The place I lived most of my life looks like a war-zone. All of my friends and relatives have either moved or died, so outside of bringing my husband to an LSU game, I have no reason, want or desire to ever go to BR again.

Well as soon as I mentioned a fund for a reward, my thread got anchored so my hopes aren’t high. We’ll see.

I heard the victim's dad or close relative works in law enforcement. If this is true, there's a remote chance that it could be a retaliation "hit".
10 rounds is a lot. Seems like the perps wanted this young lady dead. So fricking tragic and unnecessary.

Before the internet, you gossipy little bitches used to trade your intel while speed walking in the neighborhood.

Not to get off topic from Allie, but this shines a light on the differences between "normal" people and "animals". A normal person never goes on the offensive and attacks another human. But, the animals in our society have no qualms taking a life, for no purpose at all. Why aren't normal people actively striking down the animals? Because, we, the normal people, aren't animals...

According to the report they were picked up. And a “witness” supposedly heard the train and shots.
EDIT. Good to see Birmingham news running the story. Keep going national.
EDIT 2 Take a look at the poor Tupelo Mississippi store clerk murder. Punk shoots poor clerk in the back of the head during pure non threatening compliance situation. Simple store robbery turned into capital murder. Sickening.

If the screeching tires are the perpatrator then he shot her from his car b/c the screech was too quick for him the get in the car and then drive away.
It also could have been a 3rd party taking off when they saw/heard the shooting.

They probably do. However, with it occurring at night and my assumption that the suspect(s) were on foot, those cameras will likely only show what occurred. Have to hope there are other cameras that caught them prior to or after to show where they came from or went ETA, I’m assuming they’re on foot, because I’d imagine there would be some type of leak or release for a suspect vehicle if there was one.
There are some warehouses along the tracks to the south that have cameras due to thugs doing thug shite. They may have captured the scum if they walked along the tracks

If the shooter(s) stayed on Government street afterwards, they’re guaranteed to be on camera somewhere. Hell, looking at the area, there are tons of businesses all around, both on and off of Government right there. No way the shooter isn’t on camera. No fricking way. You think all those businesses are doing business in that area and haven’t installed cameras in the past due to the thuggery in the area? It shouldn’t be long before the cops make arrests if they’re doing their job.

These scum should never see a jail cell. This needs to be a Gary Plauche type justice situation.

So the squealing tires, was it from her vehicle?

The amount of plate-less cars around BR and Livingston is staggering. I don't understand why they are allowed to do this.

I’ve been noticing this a lot lately myself.

Definitely a lot more than ever before. Used to see a couple a year. Now it’s an every day occurrence.

That and the ones that have the plate covered up with some sort of tinted or blurry covering. I don’t know why cops don’t pull these people over and ticket them and force them to remove it. There is no valid reason to obscure your plate like that.
