I don't recall if he's ever been discredited, but given the time and location, the only white person walking down the road right there would have been a homeless dude.

How did the 2 guys walk through a moving train? The audio that was released, you could hear a locomotive hooking up to train cars?

He could not see her vehicle stopped on the other side of the tracks. Just the headlights.
Don't know. It is well past the point of harming the "investigation." Englade used to not allow info out to keep control of the power. Letting info out leads to pesky questions.

It’s why he said he doesn’t understand why BRPD officers and detectives would not jump at the opportunity to get any information from the witness in the Allie Rice investigation. “I think it’s important. Someone is dead and me being the only witness could easily help figure out who did it or why they did it. I mean it would make Baton Rouge safer to have someone who killed someone off the streets.
it sucks all the way around but it appears that without someone turning the perps in this case is going to go unsolved
