Doesn't look like they are clearing traffic around it. There is a Frontier Airlines A320 at 37,000 that it will cross paths with. Is ATC in communication with the plane?

My average price is around 15 or so. Should have bought sooner, but was concerned aviation was going to be delayed even further with covid.
