Agree. Gabby got robbed. She possibly could have won it all.

There was no way they could have gotten this wrong. John, Jamal, Breanna, and Gabby were all powerhouses in their own right. I think they’ll all still have pretty decent careers.

I figured this would happen when they said 20,000 people went to this live performance.
I think he is good, but I think his runs are kind of everywhere.
I really liked how Thunderstorm could tell a story with his songs. Will need to go look at all their singles.

Quit watching Idol not long after Simon left. Used to absolutely love that show. Was some very talented folks come thru and the judges, especially Simon, actually gave critical advice to try and help the singers grow and develop. The few times I have tuned in over the last several years it seems like they just gush over every performance even if it was complete dog shite it average at best.

Congrats to Jamal. He was the best all season. It was clear he was the favorite from the start.

Ok so you believe Jamal is just the better singer. No problem with that. He is the better singer.
However, in the post below you did not mention Jamal once. So don't come in here on your high horse talking about Jamal is the better singer. When based on the post below that is not all its about.

Agree. I am glad Jamal won though. Really pleased with the last 3 Idol winners. Iam, Abi, and Jamal were all the stars of their seasons. The worst winner ever was Noah.

Seems like there will always be a country guy in the top 3 now, but thankfully America has been getting away from voting the country guy every time.
I think John was great and he has a classic country voice, but I wanted Jamal to win. I think Jamal at his best was the best of this season I am still annoyed Noah won his season. He was not even a top 15 talent that season.
The country guy last season was absolutely awesome, but I still wanted Abi to win, because her best was still better than the others.

I had Jamal and Gabby in my top 3 and was surprised she didn't make the top 3, but I felt that was a good thing for Jamal. Breanna and John were very much deserving of top 3 though.
