OP is correct I found a good MD my age finally.
the bad ones come in and sit and hop on a laptop and act like they are god as they look up things on webmd. never any eye contact and seem as dumb as a box of hammers.

That is not Flonase.
Flonase is fluticasone, a steroid.
He is talking about azelastine, an antihistamine.
They both come in bottles.
They both can be used for runny noses.
The similarities stop there.

I have taken the fish version before. It's the same thing.

I would also try to avoid antibiotics.
I been using a Navage and at first it was weird and scary, but now I love it. Works great. I only use it if I feel sick.

Antibiotics won't treat a viral infection. Only take antibiotics when absolutely neccessary to treat a bacterial infection.

Do a Teledoc visit. However long your symptoms have been, add a week.
Embellish on fever. Embellish on a productive cough. But not too much. May make someone nervous who’ll insist on an X-ray. Add a color to a productive cough, green or yellow.

Yeah, the way we treat medication in this country is for the benefit of physicians not the patients.

Wrong Atlanta. The way we treat medicine is to the benefit to the insurance and PBM’s. Insurances dictate now what medication can be prescribed and covered. These PBM’s have the doctors and pharmacist by the balls. Take it from someone who manages a pharmacy…its totally dictated by them.

This is something along with Zpacks that people should load up on in Mexico. Idk why getting antibiotics is so hard in the states.

The hispanic markets around here have some under the counter, assuming you know how to speak Spanish and don't look like a narc.
This was me looking for Ivermectin. Had a buddy send me to a place he got some from. We practiced what to say in Spanish, and I got a straight up no and walk away. Granted it was when it was getting some heat and the horse paste drama was all over the news. Few days later my buddy and I went, and was a totally different reaction. Though they had almost doubled the price from when he had gotten it a month or so earlier.
Worked like a charm though so worth it. Though I think it killed the tape worm I always blamed my ability to eat all I wanted and not gain much weight, on.
