The cops must have doctored this. Brown's lawyer said at no point did he drive the car in a threatening manner at an officer.

I mean he is clearly trying to get away and they didn’t HAVE to shoot him since he had passed them once they started firing, but play stupid game and win stupid prizes. I completely understand them not getting charged but they did have itchy trigger fingers.
