It's like talking to a brick wall, but if this was not trump and ice was doing their normal job of deporting criminal illegal aliens and dumbasses were not in the street you would be able to easily catch any ice agent using excessive force and anyone illegally detainex or arrested would be able to make their case.
Instead the maniacs on the left in charge are starting a civil war with useful idiots. They have them thinking they are fighting nazi to protect their neighbor Ted. When in reality they are fighting to keep illegal rapsists taking their tax money who could tomorrow kill your entire family. So now ice is in force and not taking any shite. They now can be more agressive and more sweeping. Thanks guys

This is what I responded to. Nothing you said changes that, all you posted were the most common ways removal orders are issued.
Are they doing targeted enforcement for people with prior orders, yes. Are they doing a ton of non-targeted enforcement for people who don't have final orders, also very much yes.

Ha Ha.
Good one.
Where in the constitution is the exact method to constitutionally deport someone (not federal law but specifically in the constitution as you stated)?

Screw ICE. They're all going to hell but I hope in the short term these losers suffer more. This isn’t Republican vs Democrat anymore, and I genuinely hope people are waking up to that. However, TD is the lowest common denominator of society so I know I’m not reaching an audience with common sense. Modern day Nuremberg trials gonna be lit tho

We might be talking about non-targeted & targeted enforcement differently, but targeted enforcement of immigration laws can also occur for illegals who don’t have final orders. Known illegals who stayed past visa dates or past temporary protections who pop up in the system for arrests past date they were legally required to leave including those where ICE detainers were ignored by locals before releasing them or ones who actually updated the feds on their whereabouts requirement when under any kind of temporary protection can become a target. Once detained they will go thru the process for deportation before actually being deported.
Any “non-targeted enforcement arrests of illegals will also have the illegals be processed for deportation as required. It wouldn’t surprise if every now and then someone detained in originally thru “non-targeted” methods of known areas or places employment of illegals & other aliens are found to have deportation orders especially after the find out the real identities of anyone using fake or stolen information.
ICE has the authority to detain illegals without deportation orders and without a judicial warrant in public spaces or when allowed into private ones by someone with authority to allow that.
It would be in these blue cities and states professed interests to help not only contain obstructionists but also help detain the illegals with felony convictions and deportations if they think they have their public’s best interest and ICE is supposedly so awful. They are authorized to do so. They also know immigration law is covered by the supremacy clause and immigration is a federal power, so if they know it’s going to happen anyway and think they can do it while being safer and more human why wouldn’t they???

8 U.S. Code § 1252c - Authorizing State and local law enforcement officials to arrest and detain certain illegal aliens
(a) In general
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, to the extent permitted by relevant State and local law, State and local law enforcement officials are authorized to arrest and detain an individual who—
(1) is an alien illegally present in the United States; and
(2) has previously been convicted of a felony in the United States and deported or left the United States after such conviction,
but only after the State or local law enforcement officials obtain appropriate confirmation from the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the status of such individual and only for such period of time as may be required for the Service to take the individual into Federal custody for purposes of deporting or removing the alien from the United States.
(b) Cooperation
The Attorney General shall cooperate with the States to assure that information in the control of the Attorney General, including information in the National Crime Information Center, that would assist State and local law enforcement officials in carrying out duties under subsection (a) is made available to such officials.

Instead of getting involved Dem politicians prefer rhetoric; to vilify ICE, DNS, & Trump; and to keep fanning the flames.

Here's the bottom line. Had the mummy running the last administration done his job and not left our borders wide open we wouldn't be in this to begin with.
Period!!

I'd bet a lot of money that you've never once read the Constitution beginning to end.
Not once.

In one alarming incident, rioters broke into a weapons locker inside a federal vehicle, making off with a rifle and ammunition. The same independent journalist who intercepted the sensitive documents carried off by rioters also captured footage of the face of the individual who stole the rifle, though it remains unclear whether the suspect has been identified or if the weapon has been recovered.

Given the obvious potential for violence by people like you? Easily justified. Maybe if you pathetically poorly educated, dishonest, morally bankrupt sacks of shite didn't resort to throwing violent tantrums then they wouldn't feel the need to protect their identities.
