I bought a Star Wars Lego set off Ali-express just out of curiosity. They are a quarter the price of normal sets.
It arrived without a box, all packaged in one big plastic bag. The instructions were printed out on paper, and the bricks were definitely lesser quality. It was also missing a few inconsequential pieces.
That said, it looked great when finished, and for the price, I think it was a good value. Especially for kids.

I order crap for my old ranch truck that the kids drive off there. Light bars, radio, etc. It's all been fine for something that only gets used a couple days a year.

My wife gets shite delivered daily.
Beginning to think it’s a test site for manufacturers to work out product kinks.

Everybody I know who has used Temu has had their bank account or card hacked. So I try to avoid it.

I ordered what appeared to be an assortment of crankbaits for like ten bucks. It was 20 crank baits.
What I was sent was a poster of 20 different crank baits on it.
First and last time I ordered anything off of TEMU

The only stuff I've ever order is arts and craft stuff for my mom. It is comparable in quality to the store brand at Hobby Lobby and Michaels, which isn't surprising given that a lot of it is probably made in the same factories by the same people.
The main thing is to pay attention to the size of stuff. They give measurements for everything, but only in metric, and most people pay little attention to it.

No, but I ordered a bowl off of Etsy.

I did once, no issues. And have known of others who did with no issues. Some of their warehouses require a minimum delivery, so watch for that.

According to a guy I work with his wife (no pics) says “my wife orders shite from Temu all the time and it’s all crap”

I ordered my 3 year old a 6ft trampoline off temu for Christmas. He went through a phase where he wanted to jump on every bed, couch, chair, even hop along the floor instead of walking. Being a 3 year old, we figured this phase wouldn't last and it was just his latest "thing" so I didn't want to spend much on something I'd possibly throw away soon.
This dude loves it, and it's actually a quality trampoline. It came with some random crap like a Velcro dart board and a basketball hoop as all Chinese shite tends to do, but he loves every bit of it.
He doesn't jump on the bed or couches anymore, he just lives in that damn trampoline. He'll take his blanket in there and lay down to start falling asleep; jump for a while, eat dinner as quick as he can, then go right back to jumping.
It wasn't a phase apparently, he just loves jumping and spinning circles and acting a fool in that thing. It's probably the best money I've ever spent and is decent quality enough that I trust the safety net around it and padding over the springs. It's advertised as 250lb rating and I tested it out myself.

Nope, no one ever. It's one of the largest online retailers in the world, but no one has ever actually ordered anything from there.

Nothing major. Just little knick knacks. The leveno earbuds work just as good as expensive ones

Yep bought some Star Wars sets for my son. One was around $50. But the real one was somewhere around $200 and looked just as good when finished
