Then the next dad who thinks this is happening (and is wrong) and kills the suspected rapist gets off too, right?
We have to have rules and it's not logical to create them with perfect information after the fact and hindsight bias.
Because we have seen plenty of false allegations of sexual abuse (involving minors and non-minors).
