My good friend lives in Colorado and put an axe throwing setup in a corner of his yard.

I saw this exact phenomenon you speak of with my own eyes when we took the kids to visit last Summer.

Within an hour, my 15 and 12 yr old kids went from bonking the axes off the target to heated competition keeping score and all. They did decide to move back a few paces and had to adjust to another rotation in their throws. But that took a few minutes.

And kids these days have been doing this shite for years now.

We are humans, killing is second nature to us. We are Earth’s apex predator. But it’s actually not hard to throw an ax or hatchet. I find throwing darts to be much harder.
