read the dissenting opinions before you grab your pitchfork. Her term is almost up, they favored suspension for the remainder of her term until the election wherein the voters would decide her fate. Like many I believe that district voting for judges is absurd, but the 3 justices that dissented simply came down on the side of voter agency and not an opinion on the severity of her behavior

That’s a very stupid position. That lame dissent just means they are completely fine with her being on the bench. Because she would have been reelected.

Sadder than the travesty of this lying, incompetent Stolen Valor clown is the fact it was only a 4-3 vote to remove her….3 LA Supreme Court “justices”’voted to not remove her.

You can bet every dollar you have that them 3 justices were democrats.

well, that’s what elections do, reflect the will of the electorate. Are you opposed to elections in general or just for judges?

So "glamorous" is an attribute that we expect in a judge?

We are in bad shape as a society.

She probably would have been re-elected as long as she could get a couple dozen friends to show up to vote.

Reminds me of a post on the last thread which guaranteed she was a Republican because the Advocate was coming down hard on her

There have been instances where AI has actually made up fictional cases and case law.

Isn't that exactly what this judge has done?
AI doesn't draw a salary.

I’m opposed to elections for judges but that’s irrelevant here. She’s not fit for office and was rightfully removed from it and disqualified from seeking it. Eboni should have gotten the same treatment.

With the lame cop out that it was because there was an election. They should have just had the stones to say they didn’t think her behavior warranted removal without a weak qualifier.

show me in the dissent where they said her behavior didn’t warrant removal. The decision is on the LSC website. I am not defending that piece of shite judge in any way, she’s unqualified, incompetent and dishonest and belongs nowhere near a courtroom. But you are just making shite up

You should go ahead and take some time and look into what’s going on with AI.
It sounds like you might be surprised.

Right now, I see no way to get out of this.
Western culture is doomed.
Humans are destroying it.

That's good to know.
On the other hand, does removal from the bench prevent her from seeking reelection?
The suspension would have allowed her to run again, and we can predict that her EBR constituents would have reelected her to continue her glamor parade of incompetence from the bench.

No one is defending her. Quite the contrary.

However, AI is not the answer.
If your argument is true, then it’s a wash. Sounds like you would be happy with the status quo.

This has potential. Play AI crime and punishment roulette with the criminals. Judges can just type the offense into Grok and do whatever it says.

And Grok says…
Speeding ticket = death penalty
Murder= community service
