At our beach in Jupiter Fl today
I own about 110’ of beach there, haven’t seen it in about 18 years, but I get a check for it every month so I guess it’s doing okay

I haven’t been to 30a since 2020, you can go to much better places for cheaper

OP moved to the region from California 20 years ago noting that you never saw Californians 20 years ago. Now complaining about the Californians infiltrating.
Ultimately he’s just being a hipster, which is followed by influencers, right?

Panhandle was seeing major changes far before influencers

If people would quit paying attention to them, these so-called influencers would stop doing stuff like that.

Walk by them ripping farts

30 years ago panhandle beaches didn't exist to anybody north of MS, AL, and Georgia. It's been entertaining to watch Yankees discover gulf beaches over the years.

Nicer class of people too.

California people are not nicer than folks from GA, AL, and MS.

am old enough to remember times before millennials gave it the name "30A". In fact, the first time I came across that term was on here.
There’s a hippie looking dude that actually copyrighted it makes money off of it. He’s the one behind the branding. Used to people just referred to the individual towns back in the 90s.

I lived in Destin for 12 years. The place has turned into an overpriced shithole. The restaurants are fricking disgusting

Destin has been over-priced, over-crowded and over-rated for over 20years, maybe 30.

I would dispute that.
