But it is just as illegal to participate. He wasn’t there reporting. He was just as involved and tried to use “press” as a free pass. You seem to have no problem with that

Yes. That is correct. I am saying he will skate because he’s on film specifically stating he is not protesting with the group and stated that he is documenting as a journalist. They will have to prove that he was actively protesting and disrupting in the church. Knowing about and even documenting the planning is not illegal.
It’s not about him; he’s a partisan hack. It’s about the law.

Yeah. I think this is probably what he wanted to happen. CNN’s garbage but it was still a high profile job for him. After CNN he became one of millions of rando activist journalists.
Likely something not as big as CNN, but this stunt will likely land him some kind of job like a highly paid spot in some activist organization

Doubling down on stupid only makes you look stupid.
What they did is terrorism. You should really familiarize yourself with the FACE Act and how it was used against people praying in front of abortion clinics during the Biden admin. What these people did here is an actual violation of that law, not the imagined violations Biden dreamed up.

I have no doubt multiple people from multiple angles documented his participation, but politically and culturally this was a bad move. Lemon was running a podcast/indy news channel no one watched. Now, everyone is watching. He was irrelevant and this made him relevant.

Yes it was terrorizing in this instance. Since you think anyone who thinks this is a pussy why don’t you go do exactly the same actions inside a Mosque.
Intimidating an ICE officer on account of his or her performance of official & legal duties as federal law enforcement officer is illegal before you get into illegally interrupting a church service and intimating and terrorizing its members.
The church terrorists could have stood outside the church on public sidewalk and legally and peacefully protested who they decided to target if they were just protesting. Instead they illegally disrupted a church service inside a church and terrorized the worshippers, which included kids, thru fear and intimidation leftist mob tactics.
Also, those “J6 guys” spent years in prison and more than any of these church terrorists will likely ever see. Some who were let in by the capital police and just walking thru in political protest later got arrested on inflated charges based on a law that was later deemed to have been incorrectly applied to them.
Too bad Nancy for some reason turned down getting her capital police help from the National Guard and also kept one of her DEI capital officers with an itchy trigger finger on the job even though he had committed infractions like misplacing his gun in a public restroom at the capital, left his post outside of an office area for the speaker, and had illegally discharged a weapon while supposedly acting as a civilian at the time. She could have saved a life and limited the amount of political theater Dems have used since that day including having one less annual day of Dem remembrance.
