Hopefully the food court is outside building like New Orleans Costco. The Costco in BR is a clusterfrick cause you can’t get out cause everyone waiting to get fat

I wonder what the madness would be if they ever opened one in Houma.
A few weeks ago they opened a Panda Express, and for the first few days it was pandemonium. The drive thru was backed up into the Walmart parking lot and the wait even for an online order was 30 minutes to an hour.
I passed a few days ago and it looked like business was slacking off.

Too bad those Flowers Estates assholes aren’t banned from shopping there after fighting it tooth and nail for years.

Friend of mine is the pharmacy manager there... he drove from Slidell to BR 4-5 times a week as the pharmacy manager here, in hopes that he'd get the Covington one when they built it... very happy for him, b/c ain't no way i could have done what he did... frick that

How many years did he do that for ? That’s only like a two hour drive each way, i agree I wouldn’t wanna do it myself but i know plenty of people in places like California who spend 3 or 4 hours per day commuting .. plus it makes a huge difference whether he had to do it 4 times per week, or 5 times per week .. Either way, pretty shrewd move on his part that seems to have paid off .

Yeah, but they aren’t on the life or infamous death gauntlet of 18 wheelers with a f’n woman sprinkled in here or there driving a Sonata or Sienna staring down at the phone.
Snobby B’s won’t even glance up and over for a second to get the finger. But, ya know. That would mean acknowledging other people, driving, next to them, hoping they don’t cause a fatality.
Oh, and two lanes. Two of the best. And some shoulder if you’re feelin’ froggy. All ya need. Til Denham. Then you’re shittin’ in high cotton.
