It's better than farting loudly IMO.

Depends on the field. Different types of leaders for different people. i like people who get it done.

Is this now acceptable?
In a job interview? Absolutely not. Also not in professional introductions.

Leadership starts with fricking communication, ok God damnit?
If you can't find a fricking way to communicate as a leader, you'll end up failing, even if you're God damn good at your job.

Hahahahaha.
There's a line obviously. You don't want Samuel L Jackson as your HR director and you don't want Mother Teresa leading your marines.
That's all I'm saying.
Edit: I believe this refers to the culture of the work place. Some people aren't a great fit.

Not acceptable in a professional setting, much less a job interview.
You spend 60-65 hours a week with the same people, frustrations are going to mount at some point, and a f bomb laced tirade is going to come out.
I say this too working a very small, uptight, old school office environment.

Sounds like you’ve narrowed it down to one. I love it when people make my job easy for me.

I interview people all the time for CEO positions in hospitals and I've never experienced this. Seems like an anomaly

Swearing is considered a very effective tool of communication when a speaker really wants to grab the audience's attention or drive home an important point. A well placed "shite" or "frick" under the right circumstances can go a long way.
Now if they just walk into the interview and start swearing left and right before they get a read on you, yeah, that's not good.

I work in HR. Interviewed about 200 or so employees last year; out of those 200 probabaly 2-3 cursed in their interviews. They’re memorable because it wasn’t just a single bomb dropped, it was a constant slew of profanity for about 2 hours.
I support IT/Analytics if it matters.

Not cursing (profusely) in an interview, particularly with strangers, is a box you're supposed to check regardless of who you or your interviewers are. It's like wearing a suit to an interview - you may not wear one every day employed, but you're still supposed to follow a cultural and professional protocol for the interview.
To drop bombs without having an existing rapport with an interviewer is stupidly reckless. If you don't know when or how to apply a filter, many a prospective employer isn't going to like envisioning you with one of their clients.
Now after you're hired, shite piss frick count cocksucker motherfricker tits.

Who gives a frick? Really? If they are qualified for the God Damn job then what the frick is the problem?
Posted on 5/2/18 at 9:57 pm to RemouladeSawce
I do sales things and if a guy showed up in a suit for an interview other than VP he wouldn't have a shot. That whole "wear a suit no matter what" thing is bullshite.

This isn't as subtle a brag as you think it is.
huh? I'm not an executive...all I said is that I was one of the interviewers. Fail to see how that's #subtlebrag.

I didn't pick the candidates. I'm not the hiring manager for this position.
