I don't know which is which or even what people are biatching about, but the sun rise should be early in the morning.

Says who, and since when? Considering that the bulk of human history has passed prior to the proliferation of residential artificial lighting, it would surprise me to learn that the average worker was burning oil or candles every morning so they could get out of bed and dressed before first light.

Uh yeah, we do. We just don't care at all if it's dark in the morning. It could not be light till 9am and not bother me at all as long as it's still light when I leave work at 5-6 pm.
