Have no issues with revenge or so called ‘street justice’ in certain situations because our court systems are a huge failure often letting repeat offenders out over and over with a slap on the wrist to just go and commit more crimes.

The hood knows more than the police or media will ever know about what happened in the hood. "No snitching" doesnt imply lack of knowledge. Vigilante justice is most prevalent in that culture.
