That’s good because Fauci said we might have another one next year

There’s no might. Covid is building strength and will emerge in a stronger form. The sad thing is Louisiana won’t even allow mail in ballots for those of us at risk

With how jbe caved to the republicans and let so many die when he should’ve been protecting us, I know I’m not voting for him this time

I miss waking up at 7:55 to zoom in on our morning meeting and turning off my phone at 5pm and jumping into the pool. I miss being with my wife and kids throughout the day.

Covid was supposed to slow the workload but I worked more at home than I do at the office. Some people basically had a six week long vacation.

Just make sure it happens during crawfish season like last time.

A good Covid wave just as our owners reconsider return to office would be nice.

I regret we didn’t move to beach when both school and work were remote.

It's amazing! The shite that spews from the mouth, or in this case- the fingers on a keyboard, of idiots.
Your a-hole must be jealous!

Some employers reported company laptops werent used during WFH. Lots of folks treated it like a paid vacation.

I lived alone and spent weeks without speaking to another human being. I was not okay.

Which part do I miss the most:

The riots?

“Winter of death” propaganda campaign?

Threatened to lose my job over not taking the jab?

Neighbors turning each other in over Thanksgiving gatherings?

Nurses spending more time in TikTok and complaining about actually working when a patient comes in?

I miss driving through New Orleans during the lockdowns which was a freaking ghost town with the occasional cop car posted. No traffic whatsoever. Just nice and peaceful.

It made me wish that the virus was half as bad as they said it was. But as we all know, the real problem in the Orleans is a different kind of virus.

We were to use our personal computers for WFH. When 5 or so employees said they didn't have a computer at home, he asked if anyone had a spare to go around. He WAS NOT buying any.

The only thing I miss about Covid is the six foot radius. I had really hoped that one would stick.

I had a video doing a 360 shot standing in the middle of poydras and st Charles after work one day (probably 6pm or so on a weekday). You couldn’t see one person or car in the video. I must have deleted it.

Yes. I especially loved when my daughter had to wear a mask while cheering at football games her senior year of high school. Oh and the football players did not. Makes perfect sense. Good Times!
