Loupe is an attorney and damn well knows that the settlement value for wrongful death (assuming 100 % liability , which is at issue) for a father that did not support or participate is 250 per kid max. Try the case, appeal it as high as necessary and let the chips fall.

They might have been able to get a 10,000 dollar policy that might have paid out.
