there was a market for fast food with restaurants painted like Pee Wee's playhouse, someone would build it and make a fortune.

Been to two chic fil a's recently, and they both had playhouses which made me happy. Told my wife they may be trying to get the old McDonald's '90s vibe market, bring the kids and have a treat while they play. Said if there was a CFA at home, we'd go there all the time.

I think there's a bring back the good times nerve to be hit with people.

Its to make them easier to sell. I want to say that there are studies that show businesses that opened in an old fast food place

Most fast food structures are sale leasebacks and the tenant does improvements.

Is that old Pizza-Hut-turned-single-family-housing still on Woodland Ridge?

Some of the smaller coffee shops are completely modular. I saw one go up in one day. It came in two halves and was lifted in place with a crane. Big time and therefore money saver.

That guy makes sense, but why is he so angry and who said anything about it being woke?

And also easier to unload later.

It definitely makes it appealing for the fast-med or vape shop that takes it over next.

Yeah, well you can appeal to more businesses who are looking to lease, if the building looks like an Pizza Hut. And I used to love the old Pizza Huts, with the salad buffet. Back in the day, during the summer me and a few friends used to go once every two weeks and one of them ole boys used to love Thousand Islands salad dressing. He would wait for the Supreme pizza to come, put a few slices on his plate, go fix a small salad on the side of it and pour thousand islands across the plate. There were 3 arcade games, Pac Man, Dig Dug and Mortal Kombat.

But that certain shaped building was specific to Pizza Hut and businesses in those places are using referred to as "that place where the old pizza hut is" and not the actual business name.
