That cop is way to trigger happy. What if it was a young kid come running out the door right after the dog?

He needs his arse fired. That was not life threating to used deadly force.

I don't understand why this keeps happening. Are some people really that scared of dogs?

Why the frick are humans so afraid of dogs? I have never met a dog that I couldn't beat into submission with my bare hands.

Fwiw I would kill that man where he stood if that was my sweet puppy.

Disgusting. Startled when a little dog ran out and shot it. Just imagine if the toddler ran through the open door. What an idiot. I wish this woman would sue.

Normal people dont get to carry guns around and open fire on some random persons private property.

If this story would've been Joe the UPS guy, that pulled a glock and shot the dog while making a package delivery, I doubt anyone would be "trying to see it his way"

oh so its cool to just shoot people's dogs because they startle you after you go on their property

that was truly pathetic of that cop

he was reaching for his gun before the dog even came out of the house, he heard the dog barking and started reaching for his gun

what a giant pussy

Yes, but most normal people wouldn't draw a weapon and kill the dog.
